Welcome to the PRiSM Online Certification System Quick Start Guide. This guide is designed to give users helpful hints and tips to get started in PRiSM. Don’t forget to gather all required documents before beginning your application. Refer to the PRiSM checklist for details.
- Application timeline: You have 30 calendar days to complete your application; this includes the day you started. You can save and return to it anytime within the 30 days. After 30 days, an incomplete/draft application will be deleted, and you will need to start over again
- Unsubscribe: Do not click on unsubscribe, if you do you will not receive any communication from our office.
- Application ID: Once you have started an application and submitted your EIN number, you will receive an email with your “Application ID.” Please save this email should you need to go back into your application. When you are in the system, you can find the Application ID at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- “Back” button: Please refrain from using the “back” button on your internet web browser and only utilize the “back” button on the application.

- Idle screen time: Please be aware that the PRiSM online application system times out after 5 minutes of inactivity. Information could be lost if you don’t remain active on the screen.
- Internet browser: Please be sure your web browser is updated to the latest version when utilizing the online application.
- Upload documentation: On page 18, please be sure to upload all required documentation to avoid any delay in processing your application.
