Vennicia Kingston is the owner of Eagle Eye Construction LLC. A commercial construction labor staffing company. Specializing in selective demolition, general conditions and final clean up. Vennicia is an eleven year journeywoman with Local 271 Laborers’ Union located in Providence, Rhode Island. In 2018 she decided to start her own laborer staffing business and introduce Eagle Eye to the New England construction industry.

Vennicia’s past work experience with the laborers' union includes heavy highway and bridges, large commercial structural demolition, and new commercial builds. She started and completed her apprenticeship on the Pawtucket Bridge, RI (2011). Her final project as a union employee was at Electric Boat Quonset, RI (2017). Vennicia decided to start Eagle Eye Construction LLC. out her love for business and the construction industry. In 2019, Eagle Eye was awarded its first union contract on the East Providence High School project.

In 2020, Eagle Eye Construction LLC. became WBE/MBE certified in the state of Rhode Island. By completing diversity programs with large vendors such as Gilbane Builders, CVS & Roger Williams University, Vennicia has managed to build relationships and win contracts, proving her ability to be competitive in her market. 

Ms. Kingston is an alumnus of Building Futures Pre-Apprenticeship program (2010), she is the elected Chairwoman of RI Building And Construction Trades Women’s Council and the founder of D.A.PPP ( Drug And Prison Prevention Program) a non-profit youth mentor program based on non-traditional education in disadvantaged communities.
