Through the DEDI Connects Rhode Island, EOO builds bridges for inclusive communities.

EOO’s capabilities through this program will include:

Developing community partnerships;
Enhancing workforce development and state government employment opportunities;
Offering career guidance, resume building, and interview preparations;
Delivering various trainings that enhance awareness of issues such as, discrimination, sexual harassment, diversity, cultural competency;
Supporting inclusive hiring, contracting, and public engagement policies; and
