Human Resources Outreach & Diversity

EOO’s Human Resources Outreach & Diversity (HROD) mission is to foster and ensure diversity and inclusion in employment and services within Rhode Island’s State government. We serve as a recruitment arm for State agencies by reaching out to all segments and the public. We also provide continuing employment counseling to prospective state job applicants to enhance their knowledge of state application and civil service examination processes. HROD also conducts monthly Information Services regarding RI State Government employment opportunities. Other services HROD provides include participation in job fairs and guidance and support to those seeking employment.
